It's not a hotel, it's supposed to be a homestay, but it's very nice, the landlord lives upstairs. The location is in the city center, close to two big supermarkets, metro station is also close, easy to transport. I have stayed here for a longer time and it is always convenient and comfortable.. The capsule coffee and beer prepared by the host were very nice. In-room TV, internet and kitchenware are fully equipped for self-catering every day. Overall, it's recommended.
If possible, for long-term stays, it is still desirable to prepare a few more garbage bags for replacement.

Bel ensemble bien sympathique
Nous avons récupéré les clefs dans le coffre et, dès l'entrée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par l'hôte. Le studio est agréablement décoré, propre. La cuisine est bien équipée et la salle de bains est pratique. Le local est juste en face de l'entrée de l'Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts.

Comfortabele studio in een rustige straat even buiten het centrum.
De studio is gelegen in een rustige straat, mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort (koffie, thee, toiletproducten, ...). Goed verduisterende gordijnen. Heel vriendelijke en attente hosts.
Het bed is ok, maar aan de smalle kant. Je hoort de bovenburen, gelukkig waren ze niet al te luidruchtig.

Ideal für einen Städetripp für 1-2 Personen
Wirklich tolle Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Restaurants, zum Frühstücken, Altstadt, Busbahnhof, Montagne de Beuren, Cathedrale, alles! Eine nette Unterkunft, komplett und sehr gut eingerichtet mit allen Details + WLan. Dusche wie neu. Sehr nette Gastgeberin.
Man fühlt sich fast als Teil der Familie, mit entsprechenden Wohnungsgeräuschen von oberhalb des Appartements. Es liegt auf Straßenniveau, also ganz unten. So hört man manchmal die Katze miauen, mal finden Gespräche vor der Zimmertür statt. Aber ab 22:00h bis 08:00h ist alles ruhig und man kann sehr gut schlafen. Es fehlte mir leider ein bisschen der Wohlfühl-Faktor. Aber das ist rein subjektiv. Vielleicht lag es auch dran, dass ich vorher Pech mit Unterkünften hatte.
