La struttura è carinissima, ci ho alloggiato con 3 amiche e siamo state veramente molto bene. Pulizia top, ambiente pulito e dotato di ogni comfort (lavatrice, asciugatrice, microonde, deumidificatore, condizionatore ecc.). La posizione era ottima, si raggiunge praticamente tutto a piedi! Emidio è di una gentilezza unica, super disponibile.
Unica pecca, forse, la finestra che dava sull’interno del palazzo, non permettendo alla luce di entrare molto, ma credo sia una caratteristica di moltissimi palazzi nei quartieri spagnoli.

Im historischen Gebäude, aber gut eingerichtet. Lebendiges Viertel, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar, viele authentische Restaurants. Aber insbesondere erwähnenswert ist der aufmerksamste und netteste Gastgeber, den wir je hatten, er hat uns viele Empfehlungen gegeben und war 24/7 erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unserer Meinung nach exzellent.
Kein Geschirrspüler, aber nicht kritisch.

Ottima posizione a 3 minuti a piedi da Via Toledo e a 1 minuto da Spaccanapoli. Host davvero super gentile e disponibile. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort (microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice)
