St. Thomas Square is a gated complex located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is only one block from a public beach access and within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls. It is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! St. Thomas Square has its own private dock with fish cleaning station on Grand Lagoon (an approximately 15-minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico), available on a first come, first serve basis, and a designated place to park your watercraft trailer. It also has its own swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle-board court, grilling area, and outdoor fire pit.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the 2nd floor has been recently updated. This spacious condominium offers guests almost 1,300 square feet of living space and overlooks the Grand Lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living area has ample, comfortable seating and doors leading to the unit's large private balcony. The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed plus trundle bed, flat screen television, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, flat screen television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out to a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 7. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

- Use of boat dock & parking of your watercraft trailer requires additional $250 pre-tax payment in advance of arrival.
- This condo is located on the second floor and no elevator is available.
- No smoking and no pets allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. This is an HOA rule and NO exceptions can be made.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

I’ve been staying in Panama City Beach for most of my life. We have been in countless vacation rentals. This one was by far my favorite! It was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and had an awesome balcony overlooking the bay. It had beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and the hosts were very easy to work with. Check in and check out were a breeze.The location was great. Very quiet gated community with an awesome pool, sauna, and lots of other amenities. I typically love being beachfront, but the view of the bay was beautiful and we were able to see dolphins and manatees. No lines for elevators or huge crowds of people. The beach was only a short walk across Thomas Drive.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and location was peaceful. The large balcony had a great up close view of the lagoon. We didn't a lot of time on it. We loved the fact that we didn't have to wait on an elevator!

This property was great for our family of 7! Located near grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment but far enough from Pier Park to avoid the crazy traffic. Highly recommend!!
