Miller County Pier.
As you enter this air-conditioned home, you will discover a welcoming coastal-themed living room equipped with comfortable recliners and a TV - this provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind, play board games, or watch movies and series with your guests. The living area opens onto an enclosed sandy backyard with a covered patio, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area with an umbrella. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Had to call about locking door when we left. The beds were too soft for our liking. Place was beachy and clean. Need to let people know you have the small cups for coffee and not a regular glass pot. Overall , it was nice.

This spot provided easy access to the things we were trying to enjoy at PCB. It is within walking distance of public beach access and is a short drive or walk to multiple restaurants/tourist attractions in the area. Overall, it provided a cool place to stay with plenty of room for the four people in our group. Don't let the description of 2 full bathrooms deceive you, as there is only one full bathroom and a half bath. They may have counted it as two "full" bathrooms if considering the outside shower on the front porch (no privacy fencing) for washing off when you come back from the beach. There were some updates/fixes that needed to be done to the residence. If the fixes were completed, I would stay there again.
