Steps to Shore: PCB Condo w/ Pool Access + Balcony

The apartment was clean. The agent was very helpful and called to make sure we had access. The apartment is in a great location also.

Be aware the apartment is on the 3rd floor so its a lot of steps.

It was close to the beach, nice pool, pond,food in walking distance

Could of been cleaner, notified that certain things weren’t available such as extra towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Loved the convenience to the beach. It was very spacious, and the amenities were great! The staff even cares for the turtles in the little ponds on the property. Property management was very receptive of any feedback we left (all minor things).

A few minor kinks that we let the property management know about. Other than that, it was a little tiring lugging everything up and down the stairs with the unit being on the third floor with no elevator. With the dryer not functioning properly it was a little inconvenient that we couldn't just hang the towels outside to dry, but no big deal.

It was a good location for where we needed to go and what we needed to do. The area was highly suitable for our purposes, offering convenient access to stores and restaurants nearby, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The only issues we had were with the initial entry.
