About this apartment rental

Come check out this beautiful 2 bedroom unit! Remodeled kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and in unit laundry included! Centrally located in downtown Spokane, this unit is close to hospitals, directly off I-90, just 10 minutes from the airport, as well as minutes away from downtown nightlife with easy access to public transportation! We hope to host you soon! 30+ day only
The space
This is a beautiful 2 bedroom located in our 7 unit complex. There is a queen mattress in the master bedroom as well as a queen in the second bedroom.
Other things to note
There is a parking lot located to the right of the building for your convenience. You will not have to park on the street. We do not allow any kind of smoking in the units. There is a 500$ fee to clean any areas smoked in or any drug use in the unit/paraphernalia found.

The home was perfectly located for our the activities we had planned for our quick stay! The host was super quick to answer any questions which was super helpful!

VRBO sent us the wrong access code, but the host immediately responded to our needs and helped us to get right inside. The apartment was nice with just a few issues, the refrigerator was not hooked up to water, so no ice or filtered drinking water. There were light bulbs missing/out. We were only given 1/2 roll of tp for the weekend, so had to buy our own. Freeway noise made it hard to sleep. Overall it was a a good deal for the price.bmcurtainsgcurtains.

This was a great place nice location if you have business down town. The convention center a short 6-8min drive. The apartment was clean, needed a few repairs but nothing serious that would effect the use of the home. Very comfortable. The queen bed is a very firm bed so if you like soft might not be for you, but over all a nice experience. Host gets back to you just not right away. She did good in answering our questions.

This property is clean and has the essentials for a short stay for couples or a small family. Not sure if it's a new rental because there were a few items that need to be taken care of such as lights not working and broken closet doors. If you want to sleep, bring your earplugs because it overlooks I-90. Overall, I'm glad we stayed there because it was half the cost of a hotel and clean.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Traffic is noisy and could use a few more curtains. Floors and bed are squeaky but it’s an older building but renovated fairly decent. Lots of room. Fridge/freezer does not have water connected so no ice or filtered water. Price is right for a roomy 2 bedroom close to downtown.

We loved the price for a two bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable and my teenage granddaughter said her room was like being in a tree house with the big tree right outside the window. Location convenient to downtown. There is traffic noise from freeway but still slept well.
