Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/supplies to cook simple meals, quiet while inside the building, secured building and unit with passkey. Liked having AC unit. Location was good, walkable to restaurants. W/D in unit if needed for longer term stay. Wasn’t asked to do copious amounts of cleaning before leaving, it was suggested to put towels in one location and doing the dishes which is reasonable.
Parking was expensive if you don’t take advantage of free street parking after 7pm. Couple of minor repairs could improve look and feel in unit (closet bifold off track, bathroom sink drained slow).
