Trendy and Spacious Suite Walk to Riverfront Park

The apartment was modernly decorated, and very conveniently located (within walking distance) of many restaurants, shops, and bars. The amenities are as described, and there is also an electric fireplace. It's a very comfortable place to spread out over a long weekend, and a great retreat with close proximity to city amenities. The big windows in the living room were beautiful, and the privacy shades were very helpful.

As of February of 2025, the apartment is located across the street from a 200+ unit affordable housing building. So this creates a gathering point for both the local homeless and addicted populations, then followed by police cars every several hours with sirens blaring. As a woman traveling with a male partner, I did not feel unsafe at any point walking around, and had no difficult interpersonal interactions. And every city is experiencing a homelessness problem, for sure, and that is terrible. But if I were traveling solo as a woman on vacation, I don't think I would choose to stay here (I feel bad saying that, but it is what it is). There was also a constant din coming from the vents that I wasn't sure if it was ventilation or noise cancelation - but it was not able to be adjusted, and was slightly unsettling. The big windows in the living room were beautiful, and the privacy shades were very helpful, but it was hard to ignore the street below. We received the check in code slightly over 24 hours in advance, but it did not work. Fortunately we received another code less than 24 hours prior to our arrival that did work.
