Excellent location in downtown Spokane. Apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. This was my second stay here

The location for hoopfest.
The hallway lobby area had a high pitch ring. Think it was coming from the fire alarm or something similar.

Close to convention center
There was a putrid smell of fish as soon as you get onto the 2nd floor. It was so unbearable we had to hold our breath to get to our room. Luckily I travel with an air freshener and that helped but the smell was filtering into our room I had to sleep under the covers to not smell it.
The shower was clogged and we would have to turn the shower head off to let the water drain before it overflowed through the small barrier into the rest of the bathroom.
The sofa sleeper mattress was torn. Gross.
There is no natural light. There are windows that open to a dark space outside.
