Having a full kitchen is probably my favorite feature. The location is spectacular. It makes exploring downtown fun. The apartments are very quiet and the in apartment washer and dryer is a wonderful perk.
The only concern I have is the street door lock. It takes a code to unlock. The door would not lock. I invited a friend over and the told me the door wasn’t even locked. As far as I know, over the 3 days I was there, the door never did lock.

Very secure. Excellent location. Kitchen had everything needed for basic cooking. Easy to find local street parking- street in front of building does fill up with theater goers in the evening when there is a performance.
Room faced a brick wall (didn't mind). The colorful flags were nice but the night lighting meant the bedroom wasn't dark even with room darking shades. Bring an eye mask if you are also sensitive!

Security into/out of the building
Easy access and location
Spokane artwork was pretty cool
No dedicated secure parking, which wasn’t a huge issue but would have preferred in downtown
Neighbors kids every night around 9-10 started yelling/screaming (sounded like they were bouncing off the walls or running in the halls)

We were in Spokane for an event at the Conference Center. At the time we booked, Riverfront Park Apartments was less than half the “discounted” group rate at each of the partner hotels (Grand, Doubletree, etc.). The property was clean, comfortable, and well-enough equipped for our five-night stay. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, and enough pots and pans to cook a family meal. A regular baking sheet would be good though. Coffee machine, kettle, and starter supplies were good. The fridge even has filtered water and ice on the door. I confirmed with the property that they change the filters regularly. The Bosch washer and dryer in the unit were easy to use and worked great. Again, there were starter supplies for a couple of loads. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out couch was passable for sleeping. The living area and the bedroom had their own HVAC units with remotes. They both worked very well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was strong. There are no inside staff. But they responded almost immediately when we reached out. The Main Market Co-op around the block is a nice little grocery store with good selection of fruits and veggies. A little pricey, but perfect to get started until going out to the Safeway or Trader Joe’s on the other side of the river. Given all the amenities, location, and price, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else nearby.
The light in the alley was very bright on the back side of the property. The bedroom had blackout blinds but the living area did not. We got used to it but would have preferred being able to deepen that area too.

Good location, nice place, secure and clean.
Nothing, everything was fine.

The check-in process was so smooth. The door, elevator and front door to the apartment were all the same code so no running around looking for keys. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect too as it was across the street from the Convention Center which is where my conference was. I highly recommend staying here.
The walls were a little thin at night but not a problem because I wore earplugs

Host had great communication and easy to enter building and room.
No free parking, except on street at night which we didn't feel safe leaving our car on the street overnight.

No key needed. The property sent the entrance code and it was very easy to use. Great in terms of getting in and out of the building and room.
Parking was awful There was an event at the Spokane Convention Center, so there very limited parking. Never any street parking near the apartments and some lots nearby were full. We definitely spent more time then normal searching for parking. Be ready to walk a couple blocks too and from the apartments.

What's not to like? These apartments are self-contained and provide every, possible amenity one could ask. You want to eat your own food? Just buy whatever you want and cook it. The apartments feature electric ranges with ovens and a broiler. You'll find cooking gear with it, and a microwave above the stove. A vent fan and additional vent fan (you sometimes have to look for it) captures excess smoke from cooking. Apartments feature a full refrigerator-freezer with icemaker and water dispenser. Quiet time after 9:00PM ensures you'll get good sleep. The tea kettle in my room lost a screw and its handle fell off but was quickly and courteously replaced by one of the housekeeping staff.
The apartments are clean and fresh. The beds are, for me, always comfortable. Read and follow the instructions for using the washer and dryer. There's detergent for two loads. Read instructions for operating the thermostat and AC units. They have to be set to the same temperature. The iron supplied in the rooms permits you to tidy up anything you need. Management supplies guests with everything for cooking and eating. There's a convenient trash closet on every floor so you can take your kitchen and bathroom trash and place it in them before you check out. The shower is spacious. There's a blow dryer for your hair. There's a defroster for the bathroom windows.
The amenities provided by this accommodation, as well as its location, make this the best value in Spokane. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
The management needs to place a "TOW AWAY" sign underneath the 10-Minute Loading Zone sign on the metal pole located in front of the single parking stall directly in front of the building. People who aren't guests or those helping guests load/unload will park in that stall and remain there for hours. This happened more than once during my stay.
Future guests: Don't steal the hotel's knives, scissors, spoons, tumblers, or anything else. I found the scissors missing from the butcher block holding the knives, a spoon and a tumbler missing, as well as some missing kitchen gadgets. Act like it's really your own place. Clean up after yourselves. Do the dishes in the stainless-steel sinks and take out your trash. If all the housekeepers have to do is clean the bathrooms and replace the bedding, towels, and toiletries, the apartment can be prepared faster for the next guest.

Everything was great about the apartment. The rooms were nice everything was clean and neat. Had almost every pot and pan we could need aside from a colander lol.
The dryer did give us a little trouble even with "timed dry mode" but we figured it out and eventually got our clothes dry.

Location is good, bed is comfortable
but check in is s little bittle complex because we arrive almost middle night and no boday can help and took a whike to figue out how to access the room. Parking is not convenient .

The layout of the apartment was very convenient and the location was nice.
Noise from the street was pretty loud. It would also be nice if there were blackout curtains in the living room for the pull out bed.

I travel for work and this is by far the best location I’ve stayed in AND one of the cheapest. Whoever they have on the cleaning staff is phenomenal. I didn’t see one spec of dust and felt like I was in a brand new apartment. Staff was sweet and gave plenty notice about the parking situation which was extremely helpful to plan.

This property was fantastic! It was clean and fully equipped including AC, a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator and dish washer. Perhaps the only con was the sofa bed, not as comfortable but that is to be expected. It was centrally located, about 10 minutes away by car from Costco and Walmart. There is no on-site parking but there are metered stalls right in front of the property at very affordable rates. I would definitely consider staying here in the future if in town again!

The property was really beautiful and well appointed. The location was centrally situated for a lot of downtown eateries and events.
It was loud outside. My apartment was next to an alley where people were using. The large garbage containers and deliveries were being made as well as the loud trash pick up early in the morning. I also didn’t like the fact that they did not have fitted sheets just a very Small bottom sheet that really should’ve been used as a top sheet.

Excellent location, wonderful rooms, beds were very comfortable
We arrived on time but were told by the cleaning staff that we could not come in because they were still cleaning so we’d have to wait. So we had to wait for about 45 minutes to check into our room. It was a bit frustrating because we were all tired and needed to get into the room and we just had to sit around waiting in the lobby until our room was clean. And the girl who cleaned our room seemed very unhappy that we were wanting to get in.. But once we were in the rooms were beautiful with a full kitchen and one block from the park. So the location was excellent and when we contacted property management to find out when we could get into our room, they reimbursed us some of the cost so they made it right.
8.0 / 10.0
location great , room excellent but a little noisy being in main town area , not the fault of the property just idiots outside at night.
Blinds not really functional at keeping out the light , so you wake up when sun rises , more for show than function.
All else fine .

Great little apartment-type property, very comfy bed. Great location to the convention areas. Right in the heart in Downtown Spokane. Perfect for two couples sharing the same space.
The parking is not great, as you have to maneuver around parking meters. Be aware that you might not get a space close to property if trying to park at peak times of day, especially around 5-6pm.

The apartment is very clean, remodeled, small but functional. The bed seemed small for two people.
The surprise was that our unit was in the back of the building and from the windows one could only see a red brick wall. Barely any natural light
came in. I didn’t see this in the advertisement pictures. There are other units in the building with natural light though.

Amazing place, that felt like an oasis in a dying city being ravaged by zombies and fiends.

Great location. Close to campus. Clean. Well equipped - coffee pot, plates, silverware. Two bedrooms were spacious with tvs in both. Living room also very comfortable. The only downside was the night/early am noise - somewhat expected being in the city, but did impact sleep. Earplugs would be helpful.

We came for March Madness. The location was perfect. We parked at the Davenport Grand and were able to walk everywhere. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had to park on the street. And be worried about parking meters

Great location. Amazing facility.
Parking is cumbersome. Even parking across the street at the Grand Hotel was difficult to find while negotiating through traffic.

I loved everything about our apartment. It was spacious, clean, homey, and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.
The only thing I would have liked better was stronger water pressure in the shower. The shower was roomy and had a lot of storage, but even changing to a different setting on the shower head didn’t increase the pressure as much as I prefer.

Very close to the Amtrak station but in a very safe and well-lit area. The apartment was beautiful and completely stocked with everything one would need for a long term or short term stay. The apartment was beautiful and very clean and modern and fresh looking. We never heard any noise and the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Very pleased!!

Amazing location right downtown which was exactly what we were after. Very clean place had everything we needed.
There isn’t any parking on site, we parked across the street at the grand. Make sure you go inside after parking and get them to update your ticket so you can come and go as you please on the same ticket. It was $25 for 24hours.

It was modern and new with tasteful quality furnishings.
The location warned of vehicle prowls. There was no parking associated with the property. It was always something to be aware of. The City of Spokane must be linked to their parking meters. Enforcement was waiting at the meter as it expired.
First their meter ate a dime and shorted me on time. Then they were there for it to expire. When the hour alarm went off on my phone they had already ticketed me $30 two minutes before because of the missed minutes.
The enforcement agent was not sympathetic and suggested that it could be taken to court. The ticket information made it clear that going to court would not be worthwhile. Plus, we were visiting from several hundred miles away. Thank you Spokane.
They also collected the garbage from the commercial buildings along the street between 11pm and midnight. It was not quiet. The noise machine in the bedroom was did little to mask it. The cleaning fee felt hefty on a two day stay.
