overall a good stay. clean and convenient. the only complaint is that the mattresses are broken down making the bed a bowl.

Everything was really awesome, a great place to stay! Close to downtown, parking at the hotel across the street, clean, effecient and organized. The apartment was well appointed for our needs and we really enjoyed the space.The reason I put a three star on communications were two-fold: 1. The address to the destination is buried in the email and that was stressful. I had to stop and really read the email to find the destination address. That may sound petty, but when you have a high-paced life and you are on the go, the two things you need at the top whilel you are multi-tasking is the address, and the#2. Code to enter into the building. There is no service desk so you need lots of codes to ingress/egress the building, the elevator and the apartment. Once we got all that figured out it was GREAT and I will book it again, -for sure!THANK YOU!

Only negative thing to say was having to pay for parking which wasn't clear before booking. Otherwise the facility was very secure, modern and comfortable!

The room was nice but being downtown off Riverside Blvd was horrible. We heard cars racing late at night and the parking situation was horrible
