Comfortable beds, conveniently located right off highway, good for our short stay in the area. Secure apartment with two codes for access. Kitchen pots/pans are pretty old for cooking or heating food. Plan to bring ear plugs or white noise if you anticipate the highway traffic could wake/bother you.

We came for my granddaughters graduation from Gonzaga, it was beautiful weather. Most everything was what we expected but there are serous updates needed. I have never been anywhere where I couldn’t find a comfortable place to relax. The couch is small and rock hard and not enough seat to even sit on. There was a small chair that when you sat in, you nearly went to the floor and a matching ottoman that would leave you with your feet stuck up in the air. The set was covered with a shaggy blanket that covered a leather (no leather left) duo. All beds need new mattresses and carpet (disgusting) needs to be replaced. Every window and door needs screens. The site says there is air conditioning, there isn’t. This place could be a really nice place if a little love was put into it. There was also things left from the cleaners, clothes in the dryer, etc. all in all the place was clean and close to the college.

It’s one of the least expensive rentals I could find, so in that context it was as expected. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel at this price point you are the one with wrong expectations. Little things (clean dishes left in dishwasher, coffee pot half full, no curtain on master bedroom door, and obvious road noise (duh, its next to the freeway)) but it was clean sheets and safe which is all I pretty much ask for when spending this amount per night. Add that to the Host was fantastic in communication and that’s why I give 5 stars, but want to clarify you can’t expect a perfect high end place is all. I would stay there again when in town if needed.

This place was way better than the reviews! It had plenty of dishes and utensils. Plenty of towels and blankets. It was clean and quiet and perfectly located for all of your downtown needs. Yes the freeway is right there but it was too bad as far as noise. Yes the door in the bedroom did not have a curtain to cover it. But it didn’t really need one as no one would be able to see you. But there was a spare curtain we found in the closet that you could easy put up if it bothered you. Parking kind of sucked but then again…would you rather pay for it? We never had a problem parking in the small lot provided. This place was perfect and the next time we plan a trip to Spokane, this will be the first place I’ll look up and book if available!

The towels were extremely rough. It was tricky to figure out the shower. In one room that has a door a shade would be nice to block out the light. There was no stopper for the sink in the bathroom, had to be sure nothing was dropped.

The pictures are deceiving. Not the cleanest. Says it sleeps 6, not sure how. 3 places to sit, couch very dirty, chair totally worn out. No spoons, 3 forks, 3 coffee cups, no dish soap, microwave handle broken. No way more than 2 to 3 people can stay. Pans so old we could not cook and feel good about eating healthy. Ate out. Needs some revamping

This property was great for our quick stay. Communication with property manager was beyond great! She introduced herself while we were there. My daughter left a stuffed animal and we were able to quickly communicate to have a friend pick it up. Kitchen is small and has minimal dishes - but great new fridge! Clean but could use some touch ups (dinged paint, old furniture). Overall a very nice place.

Three 18+ and one 15+. Beds were plenty & comfortable. In my opinion, it’s always nice to have your own space versus a hotel. I-90 (a busy highway) is located right outside the rental.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The only feedback that I would say is that there needs to be more silverware. Other than that, it met every single need that we had. It was comfortable, clean, close to everything, quiet neighborhood, etc. Should we return to Spokane, I would not hesitate to rent again.

The booking process and initial process was very straightforward. Check in was very easy. Very quick communication when front door code was not working and access gained within a few minutes. Suite was clean and I had no issues. Air conditioning was on and suite was a great temperature. I would stay at the property again if needed.

It was as advertised. It had adequate basics. As other reviews stated, the noise from I-90 is loud. Using white noise didn't really drown out the noise. The only AC is a small window unit in the living room. That was ok when we were there but not sure it's adequate for hot weather. For the price we found it just fine.

The property is in a great central location. Be aware that I90 is very close. Some cleanliness issues need to be addressed. No soap, toilet paper, no paper towels or wash cloths. My mistake on not noticing no hair dryer.

Host was receptive, was able to get an iron and ironing board at our request. Lacking in very poor kitchen set up: pots and pans in terrible condition - had to go out and purchase a new pans and get parchment paper to line burnt up baking pan. It sleeps 5 but not enough forks or spoons for 5 people and there was only 2 drinking glasses. Not even an extra towel in bathroom or even a face cloth as spare. Ran out of toilet paper on day 2, and only had sample size amount of shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. No tea/coffee/sugar or other basic cooking items like in other VRBO listings. Handle to microwave was broken. Good location, but lacking on most fronts. Had to spend $200 at walmart to purchase condiments, cooking oil, pans, coffee, tea. Master bed was very uncomfortable and had a tendancy to roll into the middle.

Just what we needed.

This unit - one in a 4plex, seemed like a fixer upper investment. The good: nice and new doors, fixtures, faucets, refrigerator and washer/dryer, heater works well, decent size TV w/ cable and plenty of clean towels. Beds were fine and parking in front no problem. The Bad (can be fixed pretty easily): unpleasant odor; window coverings in living room are sheer & red giving it a spooky look from outside & allowing entire unit and you in it to be on display, especially in the evening; no window covering on full window deck door in master bedroom ; only 2 forks, 2 butter knives and 1 spoon in unit; pots and pans really beat up, no dish soap, empty laundry detergent jug left, no garbage liners, teeny tiny 4 cup coffee maker; broken handle on microwave; stains on carpet, love seat; side chair under a ratty blanket is scratched and beat up; master bedroom sliding closet doors, one side is stuck and doesn’t move on a track. This unit is also right next to I90, so you will hear traffic all night. We bought silverware, coffee cups, wine glasses, cleaning sponges, salt& pepper, odor absorbers& room deodorizer to contribute to the unit. We also covered up the windows with extra bed sheets, though still sheer and looked crazy, added a bit more privacy. In the end, at the price, we got what we paid for!

What we didn't like about this place was the cleanliness, it really has to improve. you can tell that this place is cleaned just superfiacially. Parking is another issue, there is parking available but is very limited. Last, since this place is located next to I-90 there is no quite time, not even at night so you can't rest at all, trafic is too loud.

Easy to get into, location was decent. Once great for an overnight. My daughter was in a volleyball tournament at Lewis & Clark high school, so this condo was super easy to get to in-between games.

This property sleeps 4, but only has 3 bar stools at the bar. Love seat and small chair seat 3! Furniture was old and wore out. 6 pieces of silverware, terrible pots and pans that had the Teflon scratched off! So close to the freeway, very noisy. Parking area and yard were full of trash and discarded furniture.

Great and timely communication with the host. The place is close to downtown making it easy to get places and check in was a breeze. My biggest complaints are that it wasn’t nearly as clean as other places I have stayed, and it is close to the interstate so traffic (and neighbors) were loud for most of the night. Would definitely recommend a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper

The place itself was fine. Unfortunately, upstairs neighbors were up very early and were very loud. We weren't planning on waking at 6 AM after a White Coat Ceremony the night before.

Very good location that close to everything. Powerful air conditioner to cool the whole unit. The bedrooms are clean. Kitchen and bathroom are lacking basic like silverware, detergent, bath gel, shampoo. Towels are old and has hole.

This home is in a prime location in Spokane. Despite having easy, close access to the freeway it is quiet and feels safe. The cooking utilities provided in the kitchen were sparse, but all appliances work and it was great to have a washer and dryer! Cosmetically it could use a refresh, but that did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. The host is amazing! Very prompt with communication and helpful. Would absolutely choose this location again.
