Look no further than this gorgeous unit in Ocean Forest Plaza. This 1 bedroom unit is set up to be a perfect home away from home for its guests. It boasts an unmatched view of the ocean and a stylish décor that was hand selected with care! Unlike other one bedroom units, this condo still contains all of your necessary appliances! The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a miniature dishwasher and miniature oven, as well as a standard over the stove microwave.
Enjoy morning or evening strolls on the beach, tan and swim by the poolside, or go visit the countless attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer. You are only minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the Alabama Theatre, Tangier Outlets, and thousands of unique and delicious dining options. Feel like staying in? No problem! Enjoy the complimentary free WiFi and relax indoors or enjoy your favorite drink with an ocean breeze on your private balcony

This unit features a sleeper sofa. Not recommended for adult use.
Not pet friendly.

This building does not allow renters to have trailers, golf carts, or motorcycles.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
The parking garage is compact. Please keep this in mind when planning what vehicle to take. It will not fit any large or oversize vehicles.
There is a parking lot for over-sized vehicles longer than 16 Feet (192 inches). Space is limited and is first come first serve. A spot cannot be guaranteed.
The onsite building management will ticket and tow vehicles that are under the dimensions listed above that are parked in the oversize lot.
Southern Coast Vacations and the condo owners are not responsible for ticketed or towed vehicles. Please read the signage thoroughly and be respectful; of Ocean Forest Plaza's parking regulations. This will insure that everyone gets to enjoy their vacation without complications!
Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and wants to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

The home was perfect for the long weekend. Kitchen was well appointed with all of the wants and needs. Bedroom amenities were great and the bed was comfortable. The walk to the beach was quick and easy -and the view from the balcony is spectacular at all times of the day.

Lovely older property. Individually owned condos. Our condo was just as pictured. Very clean. Lobby, elevators, pools...always clean. Very nice, friendly people. Parking garage is tight. Small glitch at check in but it was resolved quickly.

This place was ideal for our four day get away to Myrtle beach. Located in a quiet residential area, it was peaceful. The ninth floor condo offered a fantastic view of the ocean, the beach, and the pool. The place was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. The pool was clean and well maintained. The beach was never too crowded.
