Hosteeva Beach View 1BR Ocean Forest Plaza Condo

Property is just across the street from the beach and 5 miles from MB airport.

Parking was difficult due to inside parking having VERY narrow entrance to go up levels. You have to be extremely careful not to hit the walls with your car, you have less than 12 inches on each side of your car and the wall. There are two outside parking areas. One for vehicles over 16 feet. If you park your car which is less than 26 feet the security guard will make you move the vehicle. The other parking area only has 5 spaces, you are lucky if you get one. You can’t park on the street, you need a permit from the town. On the last day of vacation, our rental car had the back window shattered due to a contractor who was working on the roof of the 22 story building have his hat full of nails blow off the roof and hit the car. I believe it was a hammer. The contractor is paying for the rental car repair. Dishwasher didn’t work also.

There was weed smell all over lobby and we did request get high apt on higher level during booking and right away after check in but looks like Hosteeva more into getting money than real customer satisfaction.
