• As a guest, you'll find public beach access just steps away—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the ocean.

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
