**NEWLY RENOVATED OCEANTFRONT CONDO**
Beautiful ocean views from the 7th floor!
Our oceanfront condo is a luxurious modern retreat situated right across from the beach, offering a spectacular view of the sparkling blue waters and sandy shores. The interior is a modern boho aesthetic with bright open space and sleek finishes. A great place for couples, and perfectly located close to everything but far enough away from the crowds.
The condo has one bedroom with a new king bed and 55 inch smart tv, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is complete with a shower & jet tub combo as well as two separate vanities.
All towels and linens are included. *Guest Laundry is located on our floor at the end of the hall*
The living room has a 65" smart tv and queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a coffee bar.
Enjoy breakfast or a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean out on the cozy patio.
Indoor/Outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are available for use.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The room was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts were extremely accommodating, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Perfect… we were walking distance to the beach. The property was very quiet and clean…. The only issue was parking deck. It’s very challenging to park your car. It’s very tight.

Property as advertised. Wonderful view and in a central location with a short drive to almost everything. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet.

The property itself was smaller than what I expected. The photos made it appear larger. The place wasn't as clean as it could have been. The bath tub was dirty along with the living room table and end tables. Hair was everywhere and the floors were dirty. The cleaners can do better. The parking is terrible and limited. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing.
