On the 1st floor with lift, this pretty, air-conditioned studio apartment, completely renovated, which can accommodate up to 2 people, opens onto a fully equiped kitchen. A confortable double-bed is also available to ensure a good rest after a long day sightseeing in Paris.
The bathroom is composed of a nice shower and toilets.

This studio was everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. Just around the corner from the metro, which was a must for us. We took the RER from CDG and the metro to Les Halles. So convenient! We love the area. Walkable to the shopping and sites we wanted to visit. We also liked that it was only one little flight of stairs and there is an elevator if someone needed it. The only reason I gave it four stars is there does seem to be a humidity or ventilation issue with the room so we had to open the window when we were in the room. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

Don’t expect the exterior color to be as pictured. It is now green no matter how long you look at it. The entry looks as if it's part of the resto to the right. Entry code was easy. Lift or stairs to our room. Key found in key box next to door. Room is smaller than you think. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked fine, our 1st floor room in the back was very quiet. Kitchen good for our breakfast. Washer worked great. Laundromat 3 doors from entrance for dryer. Organic food store very close. Bathroom small, but shower good size. Smell in shower strong in the morning but much less after shower taken. Mold around base. We found this room very good for our 5 day stay. We walked everywhere except to Au Passage for dinner one night. We’ve stayed in several Paris locations and liked this one our current trip. Host was quick to our inquiries.

As with most places in Paris, this studio is small but super clean and comfortable with every inch used to best advantage. All elements are high end and user friendly. Loads of hot water and a grand shower! Steps away from many brasseries and 2 blocks from le pont-neuf over the Seine and from The Louvre. Fabulous location. Drivers for airport were wonderful. Many thanks for a perfect stay in the heart of Paris.

Great location, safe spot -- would recommend based on this primarily! Musty smelling with black mold in the bathroom. AC not on/working for the season even though 78 degrees F. Othewise, clean and nice amenities other than below:Electronic key pad didn't work the entire time we were there after reaching out at the very beginning of our stay.WiFi was poor and only worked about half of the time. Overall good stay.
