My wife and I had a wonderful time at Tidewater Resort. Everything was great, the beach, the onsite restaurant and the condo. Our only complaint is the elevator service. It seems like the elevator wait is unusually long compared to other like facilities we have stayed in.

Wonderful condo and property in the middle of everything. The indoor pool was more like a steam room and giant hot tub than and indoor pool and one of the outdoor hot tubs was broken and cold but other than that it was perfect. The elevators we heard were so horrible worked great for us at all times and we had family staying on the 29th and 21st that also had no problem with them.

We loved how clean it was and how quickly we were responded to by the property managers. However, the elevator situation was absolutely horrible! The day we got there we waited almost an hour for an elevator to go take our luggage to our room and then the day we checked out, we waited for 45 minutes outside the elevator on the 10th floor with a toddler and an 11 year old, in the heat, just trying to get down to the 2nd floor with our luggage in order to checkout! We will not stay here again due to the elevator situation, which is truly unfortunate because we truly enjoyed every other aspect of our stay!
