The property was very nice, and I had a great vacation.However I was disappointed that I had to pay a "late" registration fee on the day of arrival. I had tried to preregister with the link I was sent, but the link was bad and led to an unrelated website with virus warnings.I also tried to run the dishwasher before I left, as instructed, but it would not start. I emailed the property management company to let them know and did not recieve a response.

Child’s first time in the Gulf - wanted a condo on the beach. Due to food allergies, we can’t eat at restaurants - so a kitchen is a must! I was surprised to find such an amazing condo at a wonderful price! It was well appointed with everything we needed, clean, roomy, and child was enchanted by the decor. View from balcony was awesome with extra room to store chairs/sand toys/floats. The owners also had some tall Adirondack chairs along with a table and chairs for dining. That balcony was huge! Yes, there are elevator issues with the complex but they are being replaced - it just takes time. We knew that before we booked and were patient. Use a wagon/rolling suitcases for less trips at arrival and take anything you can to car night before leaving. Turn right when leaving the condo, that next elevator was always the least crowded and at busy times had an attendant manning the buttons. Parking was ample and easy. The beach was beautiful and had plenty of space. We never felt crowded! Management was extremely responsive and very easy to reach. The building itself had a power/water outage for a few hours in the middle of the night due to a fuse blow on the cooling tower. Management was quick to respond - even at that time of night - and they even sent someone around the next morning to see if we were okay or needed anything. Not only would I stay here again but if I were looking for properties elsewhere, I would definitely consider those managed by this group. Excellent stay!!!

The reason why I gave this unit the rating that I did because it needs upgrading and a major cleaning. It was dusty, had a small smell, the balcony was dirty, rugs were dirty and the unit just needs to be updated. Even though the unit has the same furniture shown in the listing, it’s just worn out now from whenever the first took pictures and listed it. Now, the rental staff was AWESOME!! From the check in, door code and problems with the WiFi, they were very responsive and quick to resolve. Hands down!!!! Very professional & nice.
