The Space
This spacious, beautifully furnished condo sleeps up to 8 guests and features premium upgrades to ensure a five-star stay:
Master Suite: King bed featuring a premium Leesa Sapiro hybrid mattress, smart TV, and an en-suite full bathroom.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with a new Puffy hybrid mattress, smart TV, and an en-suite full bathroom.
Bunk Area: Separate bunk space with new mattresses and access to a third full bathroom—a rare find that makes getting ready a breeze for large families or girls' trips!
Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa (or Queen air mattress, upon request), a 55" Samsung Smart TV, and direct access to your private 18-foot beachfront balcony.
Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops, a stainless undermount sink, Cuisinart cookware, and a crockpot.
Easy Care: Clean, beautiful tile flooring throughout—no sandy, stained carpets!

Things to Note Before Booking
Age Requirement: Per resort guidelines, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.
Resort Fee: A one-time resort fee of approximately $55 (subject to change by the resort) is required. This covers up to 8 guest wristbands (children 12 and under do not need one) and 2 parking passes for your entire stay. Early online registration is available!
House Rules: No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony (designated smoking areas are available on the resort grounds).
Snowbirds: Welcome from November through the end of February! Please inquire for special monthly rates.

The location and condo were amazing. Weather was chilly but who can control that. Watched our Grandson play baseball at an amazing ball park. Spent New Years Eve with friends and good food. All in all our stay was first rate. Always love our stay in Panama Beach.

The condonwas fine. Our issue was with the elevators. The wait endured each time we needed an elevator was ridiculous. All the other guests we had to wait with had the same complaints. I mentioned my frustration to a security guard at the desk amd his comment was "Don’t expect it to get any better!".
