Tidewater #203 is beautiful, low 2nd floor condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master, 2 twin size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile flooring in bedroom and living area (no carpet), and granite countertops are a few of the must have features of this condo! This beautiful, vacation condo also boasts gulf front balcony access from the open living room area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views and those unforgettable sunsets. Other features of this fashionable vacation unit include an updated coastal decor, a full-size refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare that perfect meal for the family. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Please bring your own beach towels.
*** You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival.
*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.
Beach service is NOT included with this rental.
25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/4 mile west of Pier Park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with tiki bars - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - on-site coffee shop - on-site game room! -and much more!!! The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book!

Last minute decision to take my 80 year old sister to PCB. This 2nd floor condo worked out great! We were so happy to not have to wait extended times, during the super busy vacation season, to catch the elevator to go to the upper floors. The facility was super busy with children running wild, throwing balls, etc., mostly unsupervised. We could walk from the parking lot, across the elevated road walkway, into the building, & over to this condo. The 2nd floor balcony was a perfect beach view. The building had good access to the beach. I would definitely stay at this condo again, just not during super busy June!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, well maintained, and in a great location. Being on the second floor was a hugh plus, especially during a busy holiday weekend- we never had to wait for or use the elevators, which made coming and going so much easier. Everything was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again. High Recommend!

We absolutely loved this property. The view of the beach is lovely. The condo is on the same floor as the walkway to the parking garage. Having 2 bathrooms was awesome, as was having a washer and dryer in the room. The host has the kitchen stocked with all the appliances and dishes/utensils/etc.. you could ask for. The beds are comfortable and the property is clean and very nice. We would definitely stay there again!
