This complex offers an outdoor and indoor pool, a fitness center, a hot tub, a game room, so every guest will be entertained for the duration of your stay. When everyone gathers at home base after a day of fun, the full kitchen is ready for you to make a homecooked meal that can be enjoyed with loved ones at the dining table, breakfast bar, or in the living area while watching a movie!

Holiday Golf Club is also a quick drive up the coast, so bring your clubs!

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 13.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We absolutely loved this room. We had no complaints. Room was very nicely decorated and bright. We loved it. Only think that didn’t work is the dishwasher when we ran it, it kept water. Vacasa refunded some money for our whole stay since it didn’t work. The beds were comfy and we had a great view of the ocean. I really cannot say how much we loved this room!

We had a very nice stay in this unit. It was clean and fairly updated. Plenty of towels and washer/dryer in room was a huge plus.
Vacasa’s communication was excellent. Checking in and out was a breeze.
Only downside was slow elevators during peak check in and out times.

Room was spacious and had all that was needed. Balcony door needs repair as it takes a lot of muscle to open and close. Furniture in living room very uncomfortable. Beach security is ridiculous as chairs have to be in wet sand. People are on vacation to relax and have fun not to be hassled about chairs when not blocking anyone’s view.

The condo was nice. We didn’t know what to do when we arrived. The checking process was very stressful. The elevator was ridiculous! Wait an hour to go up or down most all the time! All guests were stressed with the elevators.
