Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I was very pleased with the room. It was clean and the view was wonderful. The master bedroom/bathroom was my favorite. I loved the balcony access, window, and garden tub. Will book this room again!!!

The condo looks just like the pictures and we loved being on the first floor. Some of the comments talked about a smell coming from the spa, we did not have any issues with that. It did take a little longer to cool down the place compared to other condos in the past, but if you close the curtains it helps! This condo was not as stocked as previous Tidewater condos we’ve stayed at, my suggestion would be to go to the store after you check in and look around at what you might need to buy to help better your stay.

The beds were all comfortable.The apartment was clean and I was VERY satisfied with my stay. The owners are the nicest people on the face of this earth. I didn’t have any issues and they made sure of it. Good people still exist.

House was clean/great. But needed more warm blankets for march. Patio gave you a headache from the smell ( propane maybe?) Also, the kids left our beach bag on the chairs they let you use, and we didn’t realize till later. they stack them back up so early.. so they threw away our bag :(
