Very true to pictures. Bed was so comfortable and kitchen had everything you need for making meals. View was spectacular and just a few steps to the sand
If you can’t manage stairs, then this isn’t the place for you. Will be returning and recommending to others.

We had a great stay in Rockaway Beach. The town is really cute with a lot of fun shops and places to eat. The rental was great - amazing views right in front of Twin Rocks. Beachfront with private access trail to beach, about 3 minute walk. Inside was a little old fashioned but that didn't bother me at all, might bother some snooty types. Nothing wrong, everything worked, kitchen/bathrooms were all in good shape, beds were comfy, plenty of room for me, wife, and 2 teens. I would go back!

We loved this place - it was unpretentious, not fancy, but comfortable and nice. Great views to watch the waves roll in, and private access to the beach which is what we love. The third day the internet and TV went out, and when we contacted the property management, they said the router was in the adjoining condo which is controlled by the owners, and they had no idea how to contact the owners, which we found really odd. It was an inconvenience, but since our main focus was to watch the waves and not TV it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a weekend over the summer with a 9 year old and a large dog and it was a great space for our needs. It was very cozy albeit a bit warm with only one small fan in the summer heat. We very much enjoyed drinking coffee in front of the large windows. The yard was quite dried up and had some thorny weeds that ended up being a bit problematic for the dog but we were able to figure out where those were and avoid them. The only negative is that the internet and cable were both not working (I brought some work with me and my kid was looking forward to some morning cartoons) and initially management was responsive and said they would send someone to reset but never did and then never responded to any additional texts or emails. The cable and internet were never fixed or operational during our stay. I complained directly to the management company after we had checked out and never received any form of apology or explanation.
