This rental was spotless. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the location perfect. -right on the beach! We had a great view of the ocean from the table in the front room.We had a fabulous time.Thank you!!

I loved the easy access to the beach and quaint little beach town. Easy walks even though we put on 8 miles a day! The place is older, so nothing fancy but absolutely perfect for a needed escape to our happy place.
Queen bed comfortable
Nice ocean view to sit and watch with a cup of tea.
Bathroom-plenty of hot water with lots of towels.
Definitely would stay again.

Very frustrating booking process-although our original reservation (which was cancelled in error-not by us) was for a unit with a view straight out the windows, we ended up in a unit that we had to face the view at an angle. The dates for our reservation were changed once. My credit card was refused. So were 3 others that didn't even have a balance. It turns out the Vacasa "system" did not like that I used my middle initial on my cards. I can't believe I am the only person that uses their middle initial on their credit card and that Vacasa hasn't run into this issue before. And why haven't they changed their system? I will not book through them again. What a mess!
As to the unit. The lights were very dim, several burned out. Could not get light on right side of couch to work even though we saw it needed to be plugged in to the power strip and floor button used. No instructions for fireplace. We never got it to work either. Although I know what an on/off button looks like. TV remote would only change channels, no guide would come up, or other functions. We are in our 70's, electronics don't come easy to us. Did not know an office was onsite until day before we left or where it was. Maybe that was our oversight, but perhaps it should have been more obvious. Would have appreciated a map of Rockaway--exactly where stores and restaurants were. Hard to slow down and look when on a main highway.
The bedroom was lovely. Appreciated the plush carpet and 2 TVs.
