Situated in the atmosphere of ancient Florence, the 13th century apartment enjoys a privileged position away from the noise of the city and a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria, both within walking distance.
Plunged in the atmospheres of ancient Florence, realized in a recently refurbished IV Century noble Mansion, the Fourteenth Century House enjoys a superb and privileged location in the heart of San Niccolò.
The flat is located at the foot of Piazzale Michelangiolo.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with a private courtyard where the stone atrium leads to the entrance hall.
The apartment is equipped with :
- a living room with fully equipped kitchenette (stainless steel sink, hob and microwave oven, fridge/freezer) ;
- a nice sofa with TV to relax ;
- a fully furnished bedroom.
Upon your arrival, you will find to welcome you everything you need for breakfast (packaged quality products) as well as oil, spices, salt, etc.
The apartment does not need any air conditioning because it is pleasantly cool in summer.
The apartment has a private garden for relaxing moments.

This was an oasis amongst an extremely large and crowded city. Too hot to sleep comfortably but otherwise a super nice place to stay for a couple of days. Monica is extremely responsive and helpful.

Monica was a gracious & very helpful host. She gave us suggestions of nearby attractions & the apartment was well equipped with many amenities. The location was a short walk from many attractions- but we loved that it was across the river and in a less crowded area. I would love to stay here in the future & would definitely recommend this property.
