Woodie Apartment by Mamo Florence

Super Lage nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ponte Vecchio entfernt. Das Apartment ist super sauber, sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, vorsichtig sein: die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ZTL. Man kann etwa 1,5 km entfernt kostenfreie Parkplätze (weiße Umrandung) finden.

Отличное местоположение, до основных достопримечательностей 10 - 15 минут пешком. Удобные кровати - и в спальне, и диван в гостиной. На кухне все необходимое для самостоятельного питания. Кондиционеры спасали в жару.

Апартаменты находятся практически на пути, ведущем из центра к площади Микеланджело. С одной стороны удобно - совсем недалеко идти. С другой - каждый день по нему проходят толпы людей, особенно ближе к закату. Не скажу, что это сильно напрягает, но бывает шумновато.

Pros: - the rooms were heated, even if we were in april - both beds were really comfortable - the distance till the main attractions is walkable ( we were with a 8 month baby) 🙂 - Shops/Pizerria/Pharmacy nearby - the kitchen is really good equiped

- the windows are not that good, you can hear a lill bit too much noise from the street - no good coffee, only instant - really little space at the shower - some steps till the door, we were with the troller. It was not a problem for us, but just to know.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento Penelope: struttura molto spaziosa, adatta a sei persone, con spazi ben organizzati e arredati con gusto. Posizione comoda, se si desidera fare qualche passo in più per arrivare nelle vie del centro, zona tranquilla. Personale del Mamo Florence molto disponibile, attento e puntuale. Servizio del garage utile e molto apprezzato.

Al nostro arrivo nell’appartamento siamo stati subito colpiti da qualche elemento che ha fatto ben intendere la mancata pulizia degli ambienti: - La cucina con macchie di caffè, sul piano di cottura una moca sporca ancora da lavare, gli attrezzi posti alla rinfusa. Per scelta, non abbiamo mai usato la cucina, ma se avessimo avuto necessità, sarebbe stata da pulire e disinfettare; - La camera da letto, posta nel piano inferiore, aveva un forte odore di chiuso, come se nessuno avesse fatto arieggiare a modo gli ambienti. Non sentendoci a nostro agio, abbiamo scelto di organizzare il divano letto nel salotto, al piano della cucina, spostando lenzuola e cuscini; - Il bagno aveva chiare tracce degli inquilini precedenti. Pulizia non è avere la carta igienica avvolta nella carta e il water con la fascetta: questi elementi sono molto apprezzati, ma non sufficienti se tutto il resto è evidentemente malmesso.
