This apartment is really nice and well-appointed. It's a studio with two bathrooms, splitting the bidet in one and the shower in the other, which is super convenient for multiple guests. The location is in a nice part of Florence--close to the city center but quiet--and close to the Rose Garden, Piazzale Michelangelo, and more. It has AC, easy check in, enough toilet paper, a comfortable bed, and more. Definitely recommend as one of the best apartments in the area.

Very rustic feel which was nice. Location was perfect for a short walk into the city but also close to public transport links. Nice places to eat in the area and a friendly pub.
Would be useful to have some instructions in the kitchen as to how to use the appliances.

- Spacious accommodation with a local character - Great location, very close to the city centre and in a less touristy area. - Clean - Great contact with the owner/manager - Second toilet in a separate bathroom.

authentic, good shower, good bed
the door handle was broken, two beds in lounge and no sofa, washing machine was broken, Wi-Fi had to be fixed (which it was, thank you), not enough dishwasher tabs for our stay,
