Our charming property, a former Miner's terraced cottage, is steeped in history and surrounded by lush greenery. Experience the tranquil and scenic beauty of the Welsh Valleys while staying comfortably in your home away from home. Book now for an unforgettable escape!
A typical Miners terraced cottage, Mining was the main source of income. The mountains were once black with coal dust. but now they are covered in lush greenery and trees. there are many trails open to the public to explore the beauty and peacefulness of the mountains and forestry, The nearby town of Maesteg with its many supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants.
The refreshment room restaurant and bar within easy walking distance.
The cycle track can be accessed Through the bike shed.
Easy self check-in through a lock -box at the front door.
Main access aligns with the pavement for convenient entry..
Set over three floors. The top floor has two bedrooms each with a double bed. The larger bedroom also has a comfy daybed
Both bedrooms lead into a connected jack-and-jill shower and WC.
There are wardrobes in each room and nightstands with bedside lamps. The middle floor is where you will find the living room, It has comfortable seating. Smart TV, dining table, and chairs, board games, books, and a bucket of Lego. Additionally a log burner with enough fuel for your first few fires, also an electric fire for instant heat..
Good train links as far as Maesteg. Easy to access taxi services and good bus links. Cardiff airport is just 50 minutes away.
