The Aegean. WOW! This is a gorgeous beachfront property with 650 feet of private beach. Conveniently located in the heart of Destin on exclusive Holiday Isle.
This resort condominium offers a gorgeous setting and a relaxing destination that is ideal for vacationing families. At Aegean 219, you’ll find tons of amenities, with a spectacular sunrise and sunset view from the oversized balcony of this gulf front condo. The beautiful and breathtaking views are enhanced by the 650 feet of private white sandy beaches along the property as you'll see from your balcony. Look out at palm trees swaying in the wind and the white sandy beaches and emerald waters not only from your balcony but from the den and the primary bedroom. You will awake with an ocean view every day of your vacation!
Step off the beach and into the cool refreshing pool wit beautifully landscaped property. You may want to retire to the pool after a good game of tennis on one of the two tennis courts on the property. There is also a relaxing gazebo where you can enjoy a picnic with the family or BBQ.
Make sure to bring your golf clubs, as there are 8 championship courses within 10 minutes of The Aegean, along with the finest shopping and dining that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Come to The Aegean and enjoy a truly memorable vacation!
Unit 219 is a second floor unit with stairs and an elevator and plenty of parking.
One of the largest two-bedroom condos in the area. The unit offers breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive balcony. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to an exciting day!
The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with a view that will amaze you. Imagine lying in bed and staring at the waves lapping the shore while enjoying your morning coffee in bed.
The second bedroom for the kids has three twin bunks and plenty of closet space for everything you’ve brought to the beach.
The condo features not one, but two sofas for plenty of family time. One sofa is a also a sofa sleeper so the unit sleeps a total of 7 comfortably.
The open gourmet kitchen area is huge as well and the open concept with the den makes for great conversation while cooking. It features beautiful granite countertops with attractive custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
Of course, it has cable and Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer in the unit.
The Aegean books quickly and has a ton of repeat guest as it is family-oriented gulf front and close to everything! Once you stay here you will never stay anywhere else!

The bathrooms are dated and there is only a bar top table with 4, uncomfortable, bar top chairs on the back patio. Would be nice to have comfortable and more furniture options for such a large patio.

The condo smelled nice and clean when we arrived. The only thing that the cleaning crew forgot was sweeping the dirty and sand on the balcony. As others have mentioned in their reviews, it would've been nice if the construction going on in the complex was mentioned by the owners. I have a small child I pulled in a wagon to the beach and that made it a bit difficult. But the sidewalks look like they will be very nice only completed. We have been going to the Aegean for over 30 years and love the complex and location. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. The only negatives I would note is the tub in the master is older than me (67) and needs to be replaced. It was odd the master had no bathroom but we managed. Sidewalks are torn up so the beach walk wasn’t easy but I would rent this again.

This condo ideally would be great! It is in an excellent location and the condo is very clean and has all the things you need. It has a washer and dryer, pots and pans for cooking, they added curtains to the living room to block light, beds are comfy, and beach access is right there. However, owners are not honest about the condition of the condo and the MAJOR renovations that are going on. The reason we picked this location was not only was it close to the beach but that it had a pool too. The pool was out of commission and the community grill area as well. The brick walkways were being pulled up and more than half the condos were being worked on. You had jackhammers going off all day! When I questioned the owners why they had these amenities listed when they cannot be used they said they do not update the listing for maintenance repairs. This was far more than maintenance repairs! This was major renovations happening. As I was taking pictures of the condos conditions a different owner noticed and came out to talk to me. He said he would never rent out his condo right now in the state that it is in, he agreed that it was unfair and that the homeowners association should have made that a rule during all the property renovations. He did not know when they would be complete as they have been doing the renovations now for over a year and a half. Do yourself a favor and do not rent this location until 2028.
