Maldron Hotel Finsbury Park, London

The building and fittings generally looked relatively new. The location to the Finsbury Park underground was excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory but the fried eggs were a bit rubberly! The Camden Pale Ale beer was tasty!

The evening meal and service in the restaurant was awful. The staff did not appear to know what they were doing in what was a fairly ordinary / not complicated menu. My wife's order was incorrecly taken and the time taken to deliver the meal was awful. Although you advertise Sky Sports, I had to ask to change the channel to it and the staff member struggled with the remote contol to find the channel.

Very friendly staff and also very modern and cosy. It also was walking distance from the Emirates stadium so it was helpful after the game not having to wait hours for the train

The location is good for Finsbury Park tube. Rooms clean.

They do have a drain problem. You need to make sure the plug is pushed down in the sink when you go out and overnight!

It was close to the train station. There were plenty of outlets in the room.

Front office staff were inconsistent. Attempted to be helpful with issues for the room, but didn't seem to know the area very well. It was impossible to control the heating in the room. The room was VERY tiny.
