The hotel and breakfast were great and the staff, super nice!!!
the only thing is that we went in the middle of a heatwave and the room was so hot, the fan helped, but it was hard to sleep. I know the UK is not prepared to be that hot, but other than that, it was good value for our money

The breakfast was a delightful surprise. We appreciated the variety of foods, the croissants, the fresh toast, the fresh fruit, the tea and coffee. We also liked the windows and the chance to watch people in transit.
In our room we liked the bathroom and the showed. We liked the bed and the space to store things. We also liked the water kettle and the tea bags.
I was not crazy that the floor tilted. This was a problem keeping the drawer of the desk closed. It was a little difficult to get from the subway to this site. It was challenging to open the windows. They are quite large and heavy.

Great location with plenty of food and drink options both walkable and on the lower floor. Also put us right in the heart of The Arsenal, which was a major contributing factor when booking.
Couldn't be controlled but an heatwave had hit London and with no A/C it may have been close to what felt like 40 degrees in the room at night. Insanely hot. Certainly an exception to normal though.

Friendly staff especially the breakfast attendants, absolutely fantastic ladies. Rooms were neat and tidy too.
Low water pressure.
The pub didn't show football.
