The mould could be Potentially dangerous.

It was close to the main street.

Two of the rooms i viewed had alot of mould and another room had slightly less.

Warm, safe, great location, and excellent value for money!

Mr Wayan and his family are incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying here. The location is superb — within walking distance to many restaurants and shops around Ubud. The accommodation is nice, comfortable, and great value for money. Overall, it’s a warm, family-friendly place and I would definitely stay here again.

The homestay is located along a small lane, so traffic can get quite heavy during peak hours. Ride-hailing cars like Grab may not be able to enter the lane directly, so you’ll need to walk out to the main street for pick-up. However, the walk is short and manageable.

Animal welfare concerns

From the moment I arrived to the time I left (approx 22hrs) there was a poor dog tied to a 1.5m piece of rope. WTF is the point of having a pet if you're just going to chain it to the wall all day and night. I would say he was moved to go to the bathroom but looking around him I don't think so.

If I where returning to Ubud, I would, without hesitation stay there again.

The property is situated just of from one of the busiest side streets in Ubud. It was like returning to a little private Oasis every day. Utterly amazing, and very quiet. The staff and the owner Wayan where tremendous. The garden where our bungalow was, is groomed and absolutely immaculate.

Amazing! Beautiful food and wondering shopping and amazing staff willing to help with any needs!

Prime location for food and shopping, you can step right out the front and your in the heart of a beautiful street full of wonderful shops but not loud at all from the rooms! No need for bikes or cars to get anywhere!

Nothing at all! Only downside is there is no pool if that is something you are seeking but with all the beautiful plants surrounding the villas it stays nice and cool regardless!

Great value for money accommodation at the heart of Ubud

Great value for money, location is top, room decoration is nice and modern. If you’re going to be out and about and not planning to spend all day long in a high end hotel, this one is the best for you. Cute little restaurants and massage places in 1’ walking distance, central attractions also very close. It’s really comfortable so we’d recommend.

The rooms are super cute and quiet with view to the garden. Staff were very friendly. Lovely breakfast with fresh fruits.

The light comes through so if you can’t sleep with day light, you might struggle.

It was in a great location yet still very quiet.

It’s a bit damp inside which is usual for most places here but they spray a heavy scent onto everything to mask it. For me this smell was bothersome.

Lovely place in the heart of Ubud

A small Oasis in the heart of Ubud, the popular Goutama Street. 4 quiet rooms located within a balinese family home. Wayan and his family are very welcoming and make you feel like home. You can rent a scooter there directly from his brother wena. The rooms feel like a 5 star hotel, the bed is super comfortable, towels of all sizes, water bottles and a kettle with coffe/tea. The garden is so beautiful with animals. Everynmorning they serve you a lovely breakfast in your room. Suksama Wayan!

Tucked away in the centre of Ubud this isa super home stay with simple ,clean amenities and a comfortable bed . The family owners are lovely people. Breakfast was excellent too

Phenomenal location in the heart of Ubud. Clean and comfortable rooms, no annoying noises around, and a very friendly host. Although the rooms are quite simplistic, they have everything that is needed (AC was also working fine).

Amazing location in the heart of Ubud itself, but back from the road so noise is not an issue. Newly renovated rooms, super clean and simply decorated. Room has A/C, very comfortable bed and a little patio. For the price you won't find better.

Downtown stay that's fairly new, clean and comfortable

This is a homestay situated in the centre of Ubud, close to the main streets and quiet once you get to the place. Staff (family?) is nice and while not hotel level attentive, were always smiley and helpful!

Some repair/maintenance work was being done on premise or close to it while we were there...drilling noise was loud one of the days. The main road is closed for cars part of the day so check your arrival time, otherwise you'll have to carry your luggage on a short walk to get to the entrance

The best stay in Ubud!

One of the best guesthouses I stay at in Bali! Awesome location, very clean, good size room, everything inside seems relatively new, good shower with hot water, friendly and polite staff. They even had a converter plug for travelers, so thoughtful!!! I really wanted to stay longer but there was no availability (now I know why). Will definitely give this place my highest priority next time I am in Ubud.

A hidden gem but NOT for light sleepers

It's a newly built co-living concept in the heart of Ubud's Goetama street. Staff and people manning the space are so friendly and you're smack in the middle of all the cafes, warungs and shops. Bed is comfortable, and bathroom is super clean. Wi-fi works like a charm.

I'd given the place a 10 if not for the open skylight in the toilet and the rattan covered door which means that you can hear everything that your neighbour said and which inlcude their conversations past midnight. My sleep was completely disturbed by my next door neigbours who decided to chat till well past 2 am. Tried contacting the staff but he's away for an emergency and alas, a sleepless night.

Great location, room, space, service. Very quiet even though it´s super central. Bed is huge and comfortable. Nicest people working there. Great scooter rental service next door.

They keep birds in a cage in the garden which seems cruel and unnecessary.
