Nicol studio for two center of Agios Nikolaos

Beautiful flat located in the city centre. Easy walk to few beaches which is prefect so summer holiday. The owner spoke English which is perfect and super friendly! Defo recommend!!

One thing I would mention is that the bedroom was in the loft so when you come back from outside and wanna lay it straight away, it takes long to cool down the room. The car park isn’t allocated but there is free car park in walking distance!!

Top Lage, sauber, schönes Studio, komfortabel und gut eingerichtet

Nicol was an amazing host. The Apt. Is beautiful- all new ! Location was excellent- you are in a quiet street among locals. Great local cafes in every direction. Super close to marina & an EASY short walk to the lake.

The apartment has two twin beds in the loft which can NOT be pushed together- we did not mind - but it’s important to know.

New renovated, clean, comfortable, good location

Host Nicol was to obnoxious, had to leave 200€ for deposit in case damages, though we paid in advance for the stay. Check in was 30min because Nicole was showing us around, showed how to turn on TV and what we can not touch, we were feeling like kids at the aunts house, there is 2 single beds in the flat, Nicole informed us that they can not be pushed together, it was our honeymoon and we had to sleep separately. Check out was even worse, Nicole was waiting behind the doors to check the house, again we sit on the bed and waited 30min for her to check everything, she opened fridge 3 times, checked toilet and even walls, you can imagine how was unpleasant sit on the couch while she was checking everything. Deposit was returned, but Nicole must consider about online check in, as privacy is very important for most people.
