Our honest opinion
The location was great, but there was no air con, and studio was really hot during the day and night.
The shower was yellow and dirty, giving the impression that it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Additionally, we were dissatisfied with the check-in time as the apartment had unclean linen and overall untidiness, including a mop placed right next to the door upon our arrival. Despite the landlady's attempt to clean the apartment after we left, the results were still unsatisfactory. In fact, we ended up purchasing our own cleaning products to thoroughly clean the bathroom, toilet, and cutlery ourselves. It was quite disappointing to realize that we had paid for a supposedly clean apartment, only to find ourselves doing the cleaning work. On top of the cleaning issues, we also encountered some other inconveniences during our stay. Although hand soap was provided, there was no dishwashing liquid available, making it challenging to keep the kitchen tidy. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that we were given a limited amount of towels, only two, and there were no hand towels provided, which made it quite inconvenient for our stay. These additional shortcomings further contributed to our overall dissatisfaction with the booking.com flat.
