The kitchen is well-equipped and the room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The location is not quite walkable to our destination at Villa Giacomelli. The flat is accessed through the main door of the building, which seems to be part of the flat of the lady who lives there, which was a bit odd. Note that on google maps, the house number shows as being on the main road, but it actually isn't - you have to turn into a little road to the east. Booking's app did not show this, which added to the confusion upon our arrival, as the numbers on the road are neither sequential nor split odds and evens along the road.

The lady who met us had a slightly strange manner, and spoke only Italian. She insisted on showing us the place in excessive detail, even when we clearly didn't really understand what she was saying. We speak Spanish and Portuguese, and we have no problem understanding Italians generally. Having said that, the 4 30 am start we had probably didn't help! She was also loud on the phone and loud generally. We would however stay here again.

Bellissimo appartamento, lontano dal chiasso e caos cittadino. Immerso in un tranquillo comune, a pochi km da Udine. È su 2 livelli, uniti da un elegante scala in legno. All'ingresso la cucina, nuova, Perfettamente funzionale, con pavimento in granito. Climatizzatori funzionanti ovunque. Nella zona notte un elegante parquet. 3 camere da letto comode ed eleganti e un grande salotto. Un bagno perfetto, ben organizzato. Un terrazzo soleggiato al mattino, dotato di un terrazzino, su una delle camere, dal quale potete scorgere il verde circostante e in lontananza le montagne. La signora che gestisce l'appartamento è una personale schietta, semplice e gentile. Ha accolto noi ed i nostri bambini come una nonna, con mille attenzioni, non dovute, ne previste dalla prenotazione. Se, come noi, avete una grande famiglia, avete voglia che tempo e volete rientrare con il bucato pulito dopo un lungo viaggio😛, è dotato di tutto!

L'eleganza, la tranquillità, la pulizia, l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e cortesia, ma anche la discrezione, di chi gestisce la casa.

The apartment was nice and clean, many bedrooms which was perfect for our family. They had some snacks and coffe in the apartment for us.

The wifi didn’t work. We were told on day one that it was going to be fixed a day after, but in the end it did not work for whole two days of our stay.
