Liked the garden for dogs. Good kitchen facilities. Easy to travel into both Holt and Sheringham
Would have liked an armchair and perhaps a rug going into winter as floors are tiled

Very clean. Great location. Very safe place for my dog, loved the garden and the privacy. Defo go back.
It would be nice for a more comfortable Sofa feels like your knees are on your chest an extra chai would be nice. . Also maybe a large tv. We found this hard to see/focus on. It’s to high it could do with a bowl in the sink. Save wasting water or smashing pots in the ceramic sink.

The property looks bigger in the photos however on staying it was lovely and homely and warm
