Little gem in Craiova

Location and cleanliness were amazing, nice apartment room put together. Shower was modern and clean, refrigerator stocked with beer and drinks, location next to a Shwarma resturant .ade for great eats.

Was directly above the kitchen below and the floor was intense, turned AC higher

Place looks like new, very clean and cozy. Has tinted windows so people from outside can’t see in. 5 minutes drive to city center.

- one morning after 11am we were bothered by the cleaning person by mistake to remind us that we are supposed to check out even though we were staying one more day. They need to pay a bit more attention each room’s schedules - there was a weird wood like smell when we entered the room, might be because of the new appliances or something else - shower water pressure was weak

Cazarea a fost foarte curată și bine întreținută, iar camera a fost spațioasă și confortabilă. Personalul a fost amabil și prompt, mereu gata să ofere recomandări și să ajute cu orice nevoie. Locația este perfectă.

Experiență dezamăgitoare

Un aspect important care nu este menționat în descrierea cazării este faptul că aceasta se află deasupra unei shaormerii. Din acest motiv, în cameră se aude muzică constant până la ora închiderii (în jur de 22:00–23:00), ceea ce face imposibilă relaxarea sau odihna. În plus, din cauza căldurii degajate de bucătărie, temperatura în cameră devine greu de suportat, iar aparatul de aer condiționat nu reușește să o compenseze eficient. Geamul camerei dă într-un spațiu îngust, între blocuri, fără ventilație naturală, ceea ce accentuează disconfortul termic. Din păcate, experiența a fost una dezamăgitoare, iar condițiile nu corespund descrierii sau așteptărilor. Aștept în continuare un răspuns privind solicitarea de rambursare pentru noaptea nedormită acolo.

În cameră era exagerat de cald, cred ca erau aprox 29 de grade …. Prea cald, am ținut geamul deschis, dar nu am putut sa dorm din cauza ca era totuși zgomot afară!

Excepțional

Totul a fost excepțional! Poziționarea foarte bună! Cazarea arată exact ca în poze, paturile extraordinar de confortabile, temperatura potrivită (noi am fost în luna decembrie și nu am avut nicio problemă cu frigul) Este o cazare de nota 10! În plus, au și restaurant și te poți bucura de un donner delicios. Abia aștept să revenim!
