Downtown Guesthouse by Estia

We stayed a night before taking the flight back home and it was very convenient. The location is very good. It is close to the old city center and next to a very convenient parking garage. I liked that the apartment was very clean.

We booked the apartment for 5 adults but the sofa was not prepared and no sheets or towels were prepared. We managed to get some pillows, a towel and a blanket from the other rooms and it was ok. But anyway, it is a bit frustrating as we paid for 5 adults. The boiler for hot water is very inconvenient. You have to turn it on from the fuse box and then turn it off when taking the shower.

It was clean and walkable to the centre and facilities

That no one contacted us during our stay or to come and change the bedding

This is a wonderful apartment to stay in with family or friends in Heraklion. It is light, well-maintained, and well-equipped. On hot days, it stays cool inside, the air conditioners work perfectly, and the balcony offers shade and a fresh breeze from the sea. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, provided advice based on our requests, and quickly resolved a household matter. In the middle of our stay, they replaced the towels and bed linen. There are nice restaurants, shops, several supermarkets, and markets within a 7–10 minute walk. The sea and museums are also nearby.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, ευρύχωρο άνετο με αρκετές παροχές

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά βρώμικο (σε πολλαπλά σημεία) για να μπορέσω να μείνω χρειάστηκε να πάρω καθαριστικά και καθαρίσω αρκετά και ευτυχώς είχα δικά μου σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Είναι κρίμα ένα κατά τα άλλα ωραίο σπίτι να είναι σε τέτοια κατάσταση η καθαριότητά του.
