This is a wonderful apartment to stay in with family or friends in Heraklion. It is light, well-maintained, and well-equipped.
On hot days, it stays cool inside, the air conditioners work perfectly, and the balcony offers shade and a fresh breeze from the sea.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming, provided advice based on our requests, and quickly resolved a household matter. In the middle of our stay, they replaced the towels and bed linen.
There are nice restaurants, shops, several supermarkets, and markets within a 7–10 minute walk. The sea and museums are also nearby.

L'emplacement est très bon : proche de l'hyper-centre et pourtant calme. Tout est fourni pour le séjour d'une famille. Bien que je ne l'ai pas utilisée, il y a la télévision dans le séjour et dans les chambres.
L'eau chaude était froide. Nous avons tué trois petites bêtes qui pouvaient être des punaises de lit...

The location was excellent - right at the centre of the old town with quick and easy, walking distance access to many of the major tourist attractions. The flat was spacious and the design modern and very interesting with great quality furniture and superb sleeping mattresses. A thousand thanks for including additional memory foam pillows, which I always use, but never find in any other rental properties! The facilities provided were decidedly above average with many small touches that separate standard, good and great rentals present here (abundance of sitting space, scented candles, well equipped kitchen, large fridge, little welcome snacks and water left for us, etc.).
THOSE ARE REALLY PETTY THINGS SO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE WERE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH OUR STAY OVERALL! The shower doesn't have any overhead system nor any holder to put the head in, which for some people (including myself) is an issue. Netflix was advertised in the property but logged off, so I chose to log in my own account to save myself the hassle of contacting the host to fix that for me. The prepared, printed flat guide was extremely helpful and appreciated(!), though it mentioned two different places to leave the key after the stay, which had me a bit confused for a sec, but decided to go with the flow and just chose the more intuitive one. There are some remnants of (I think) heating pipes in various rooms which made an impression of rushed renovation.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά βρώμικο (σε πολλαπλά σημεία) για να μπορέσω να μείνω χρειάστηκε να πάρω καθαριστικά και καθαρίσω αρκετά και ευτυχώς είχα δικά μου σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Είναι κρίμα ένα κατά τα άλλα ωραίο σπίτι να είναι σε τέτοια κατάσταση η καθαριότητά του.
