Being so near the sea! Nice and warm property.
We found it very difficult to get through the gate to the property. In the end we used the car park gate to get in and out!

Location was perfect, local shops and commercial shops within 20mins walk. Nice to be so close to the sea front.

On sea front, parking included. Clean and tidy
The motorbikes meeting across the road and at all hours. May be put a blind up in the bathroom as all the pub smokers were outside a lot
