The flat itself is stunning! Really spacious, stylish and everything is brand spanking new. The location is fantastic as well, with great views over the sea front from the garden. Everything you need in a kitchen for a self-catering stay and no expense spared.

Having stayed in apartments like this a lot, the check in time of 4pm was just too late and the checkout time on a Sunday of 10am ridiculous. Fair enough, the owner let us go in one hour earlier, which she let us know 45 mins before, but with our enquiry about the 10am early check out, this was not responded to. One of the reasons I booked this, in addition to the promised view and parking, was that in the title it says "Luxury Beachfront Apartment with Stunning Sea Views + "Underfloor Heating". With April being a lot colder than we'd hoped, this was a big selling point, as when you go away, you expect to be warm. Not cold. The temperature gauge said 'do not touch' but we got so cold (It is a big apartment) so I got in touch with the owner. Unfortuantely, no reply, so we had to remain cold. Not what you expect a 'luxury' place to offer. So, the two negative factors above of paying over the odds and having less time and being cold, brought down the overall rating signifincalty. Yes there were many blankets offered for warmth, but again, you don’t expect to go away and have to sit under a blanket to keep warm.
