The peaceful terrace is a real sun trap — perfect for a morning cuppa or an evening glass of bubbles. Further into the garden, children can enjoy outdoor games such as swing ball, while adults can relax on the elevated viewing terrace and watch the sunset.
Upstairs, the two spacious, light-filled bedrooms offer a calm and comfortable retreat with:

No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.

We have free private parking on the driveway with space for unto 4 cars with further free parking on the street
