    This property is a calculated, fraudulent cash-grab operation designed to trap last-minute travelers and steal their funds. They deliberately delayed messaging me until late, demanding a passport photo, and then tried to use an arbitrary 9:00 PM cutoff to refuse my check-in and keep my money, which was physically impossible given the late timing of the reservation. I proactively tried to comply by calling, emailing, and messaging their official number directly on WhatsApp well before the cutoff. They opened the screen, read my text, and viewed my passport (proven by the double blue check marks), but then intentionally clicked "Leave Chat" to ghost me and let the clock run out to seize my cash under a fake "no refund" policy. Furthermore, their hostile, exclusionary tactics and shifting rules display a distinct pattern of discrimination targeted toward Black travelers. They tried to type up fake, fabricated lies to corporate claiming I "added them to an unauthorized group chat" and that "no passport was received," but my time-stamped visual evidence caught them red-handed. Agoda officially investigated the digital footprints, caught this merchant lying, overrode their predatory policy, and forced a 100% full refund straight back to my card. They got completely caught and defeated. Stay far away!

    RM 30 一个晚上， 没得挑了， 冷气够冷， 卫生间够多， 舱内还比之前多加了一个插座，走路到mamak restaurant , 楼下是pharmacy , 99 mart 在walking distance. 这样的条件+价钱, 全jb 找不到第二间。
