    Location is short walk to the main part of Luang Prabang. Reception brothers - they can't do enough for you. They are the stars of the place. Room was large, clean and quiet with a cute balcony. Shower was good. Room only missed a teapot as they provide loose green tea but nothing to strain it with. Two pools are freezing cold, but nice in the hot weather, both with old sunloungers. Breakfast is cooked fresh and picked from a small menu. Tasty and sufficient Very happy to come back here

    I'm a long-time, full-time traveler. I live in hotels. This place is not worth the money. Exceptional Lao manager but with no support from the owners. Untrained teenage staff cooks breakfast from a limited menu. Undrinkable coffee. The same kids clean the rooms, the common area, and wash the linens. The pools are seldom cleaned. The potted plants left unwatered and dying. The breakfast area and pool decks are rotting and collapsing. Unreliable Internet connection. The river view has been blocked by the construction of a now empty "night market". Ugly. A large hotel property immediately in the rear has been abandoned and now collects litter and garbage and adds to the run down character of property. There are plenty of properties in Luang Probang that offer a better value...and are much nicer.

    Great location convenient walking to several shops and restaurants. Great value for the money and the hottest shower of any place I've stayed in Asia! It had actual hot water not one of those little tanks in the shower. I would definitely stay here again! Had an amazing looking pool but unfortunately I didn't get to try it out. Had a nice room with a view of the river. Just keep in mind being on the river you will encounter mosquitoes

    The safe security in rooms is non existent. No safe is secured to the room and could possibly be carried away by anyone who accesses the room
