This was a spacious enough apartment in a good location. It was cleaned but only on a surface level. The price was good.

1. We weren’t told until right before arriving that the parking was only for “normal sized” cars. We had booked as a family of 5 with a dog and stated we were on route from Athens to Bulgaria so obviously we were going to have a larger sized car, which meant our car didn’t fit. It’s fine as there is nearby parking that worked out the same price, but we still felt we should have been made aware. 2. The manager asked for cash. This is really unethical. We insisted to pay by card 3. Upon entering the building and apartment seemed fine, but on closer inspection we noticed smashed bloody mosquitos all over the walls. 4. The sofa bed was in bad condition with staining and felt really dirty 5. The shower is small and doesn’t have a curtain so showering without spraying the entire bathroom is nearly impossible. We all ended up sitting and showering ourselves and it felt like we were in university again, not something we wanted to relive in our 40s. 6. The second bedroom doesn’t have air con, this is a necessity in humid Thessaloniki and made sleeping really uncomfortable for my daughter. We had booked to stay another night on way back from Bulgaria but have decided to cancel and book elsewhere.
