The fireplace was wonderful, and the house as whole had everything we needed.

The road is so loud. It was much harder to handle than we expected, not having known how busy a road it was.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the home was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. They even accommodated our last-minute request for an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Every message we sent was answered within minutes, and the clear communication made everything effortless. The detailed house manual and daily reminders about things like numbers to call and checkout procedures made our stay feel organized and thoughtful. Loved the backyard with fire pit although we didn’t use it as it was raining during our stay. The house decor was done with great taste. Love the record player and board games too. Overall, it’s clear the hosts take this very seriously. We truly felt well cared for. Highly recommend for families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and seamless stay.

The rooms that are on the side near the road can be a little noisy but hosts have earplugs available to help if anyone is too sensitive to sound. The bedroom on the other side is very quiet.

The house was spacious. The kitchen/dining room had an open concept design and it was a great area to cook, eat and gather. Our meals were very memorable. The kitchen appliances were modern and cooking and dining utensils were abundant. The house was next to the road and above a basement rental. Still, we slept comfortably. The host even provided noise machines that dampen sound, for light sleepers. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with many pillows. The water pressure was great so showering was satisfying. The backyard was huge! With the fall foliage, it was perfect for photo-ops. It was very easy to take our pet out for potty breaks too., We also used to barbecue pit area to gather around. The location was fantastic, just 10 minutes to Ithaca. And there was ample parking spots on the driveway. Eric, the host was very responsive to our requests, even the last minute ones. He was a hands on host and clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay. If our group returns to Ithaca, we will not hesitate to re-book this rental.

למרות הגינה הגדולה התאורה בחצר הייתה מקולקלת ולא יכולנו לשבת שם בערב. היה חושך מוחלט בחצר. פנינו מספר פעמים לבעלים כדי לתקן את התאורה, הוא הבטיח לטפל בנושא אך לא עשה זאת למרות שהיינו שם 3 ימים. המחיר הגבוה ששילמנו כלל אפשרות להיות בגינה אך מכיוון ששרר חושך מוחלט בחוץ לא יכולנו להיות בגינה בשעות הערב
