Inside, you'll love the open floor plan with chalet-style windows that fill the space with natural light and stunning views of the surrounding woods. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, complete with a large island and breakfast bar — perfect for gathering with your group and sharing stories over breakfast or dinner.
The living area invites you to unwind on plush sofas with a cup of local Finger Lakes coffee or your favorite book. Two comfortable queen bedrooms with garden views provide restful spaces for a great night's sleep, while the loft upstairs offers additional sleeping for kids or extra guests with four twin beds beneath charming knotty pine ceilings.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Had a wonderful stay with a family of four. Great to have a dock and kayaks across the street . The place was very clean. Just some recommendations would be to have some towels or something to help clean up the patio. It gets full of webs and dirt overnight on the chairs and there is nothing to clean it up with. Also, some small things would be nice such as dish soap, hand soap in the bathroom , coffee filters , just small things that most places provide now . Other than that, it’s a lovely place and would definitely recommend

Loved the house and stay there! 2 of us had recently had ankle surgery and werent aware of all the steps down to the water, but we managed!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property is in a quiet, charming location, about 30 minutes from Ithaca and very close to several wineries.My main concern is that some of the advertised outdoor amenities were not maintained to the same standard as the interior of the home. We were especially looking forward to using the kayaks, outdoor seating, and fire pit, but many of these areas appeared neglected upon arrival. The kayaks and outdoor furniture were covered in spider webs and spiders, and several seating areas also had a noticeable amount of bird droppings. When we attempted to uncover the fire pit, we found it appeared to be sitting on top of an ant colony, and lifting the cover caused ants to swarm, making it difficult to use. We ended up not using any outdoor amenities, to our disappointment. Additionally, much of the exterior of the house had accumulated spider webs, insects, and general buildup. While insects are certainly expected in a lakeside setting, I was surprised by the overall condition of the outdoor spaces and amenities.I simply wish the exterior areas had received the same level of attention and upkeep as the inside of the property. Since the lake access and outdoor experience are major selling points of this location, a little more maintenance would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
