    My husband and I loved our stay. The room was incredible, the grounds lovely and the tours / activities fantastic. The food was also a highlight. The staff are exceptional - anticipating any request before it was even made. The pre-arrival communication was the best we had on the trip (and the other hotels were Relais and Chateau - also excellent!). Everything was organized via the hotel and seamless. Not a single thing I can suggest that they do better. Highly highly recommend.

    This is not Small Luxury Hotels of the World level of hotel. It has beautiful territory and extremely nice rooms, but this is all this place can offer. Food choice is very limited and quality most of times is mediocre at best. They do not have indoor sitting in the restaurant and they don’t treat water areas around the restaurant against mosquitoes so all the guests were severely bitten during the dinner. The hotel didn’t have mangoes and coconuts despite it was a season. Not possible to order drinks by the pool. Staff is not really interested in guests needs for during 3 days of our stay we saw the manager zero times. At check-out they gave us guest book and a pen to write our review - yes, they didn’t ask if we wanted it, just opened the book and handed it to us. I refused to write anything as nobody event asked how was our stay at the hotel.
