Service was amazing and the staff were very helpful and nice. Rooms were very good for what you pay. Nice location and was clean.

El personal, sobretodo en el restaurante. Pero todo el personal en general te hacen sentir que se preocupan por ti, siempre atentos, siempre con una sonrisa, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. De hecho el hotel tiene algunas deficiencias pero solo por lo bien que te trata el personal volvería sin duda. El buffet en la cena también fue muy bueno. Y las vistas a los campos de arroz con atardeceres rojos espectacular. Muy verde todo, la piscina genial.
Estar al lado de la carretera tiene su ventaja y desventaja, estás cerca de la ruta pero se oyen los coches, desde la habitación no tanto pero desde la piscina si, aunque estás rodeado de verde y verde.

The check-in process was good.
Staff is very nice (some of them).
Breakfast - terrible. Couldn't eat even eggs. Plus we had some issues with the staff - they were saying that we didn't pay for our breakfast on Booking.com and we have to pay again. We said that we're not gonna pay that and talk with Booking.com. At check-out they said nothing - that meant that we were right. Not even a single sorry.
Too many mosquitoes - our room was on the first floor and balcony view was big grass and terrible traffic noise from the street.
