Śniadanie bardzo dobre - szwedzki stół, z dużą ilością dań: jajka, sery, wędliny, warzywa, owoce, kawa, herbata. Czysta łazienka z prysznicem. Duży parking dla samochodu. Niedaleko piękny park i atrakcje miasteczka - takie jak Park Zdrojowy, pijalnia wód, piękny Hotel Grand w którym obecnie jest sanatorium, kościół. Te wszystkie obiekty są położone bardzo blisko.
Drewniana podłoga na korytarzu trochę skrzypi, słychać, gdy ktoś idzie korytarzem. Mieszkałam na 1 piętrze i wniesienie walizki po schodach było dla mnie wezwaniem, gdyż miałam ciężką walizkę.

Obiekt jest bardzo dobrze położony, mimo że w pobliżu przebiega główna droga w obiekcie jest cicho. Duży parking zdecydowanie na plus. Bardzo dobre śniadania i sprawna obsługa w restauracji.
Mniej sprawna obsługa w recepcji, bardzo długi proces meldowania. Pokoje i wyposażenie nadają się do remontu. Stara, poplamiona wykładzina w pokoju wygląda bardzo nieestetycznie przez co ogólne wrażenie już od wejścia jest kiepskie. Z krzeseł odpada wilgofil co widać leżąc na łóżku. W pokoju jest czajnik ale herbaty/kawy już nie ma.
