Bez śniadania. Pokój jak i cały obiekt wyjątkowo czysty, wygodny i dobrze urządzony. Wspólna, duża kuchnia z lodówkami, jadalnią i częścią wypoczynkową. Do dyspozycji wszystkie akcesoria kuchenne, kawa, herbata, cukier. Też automaty z napojami i przekąskami. Tarasy zewnętrzne z miejscami do wypoczynku, ewentualnie też do spożywania posiłków.
Brak wystarczających haczyków na ręczniki w łazience. Dlaczego miniaturowa umywalka? Za małe półki nad umywalką. Nie działająca deszczownica w prysznicu.

Obiekt posiada darmowy, ogrodzony, duży parking. Wejście jest na kod, klucze od pokoju były w drzwiach. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wszędzie jest monitoring, więc jest bezpiecznie. Duży taras na którym można posiedzieć i wypić kawę. Pokój duży, jasny i czysty. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Łazienka czysta z prysznicem z hydromasażem. W pokoju jest czajnik z kawą i herbatą. Jest miejsce na grilla. Cisza i spokój. W ogólnodostępnej kuchni znajduje się automat z napojami i przekąskami. Bardzo ładne zdjęcia z gór zdobią cały obiekt.
